Book Haul

Letterbox Love (15)

Letterbox Love is a UK based feature where book bloggers showcase the books that they received that week, be they e-books, paperbacks, hardbacks or any other format. It is hosted by Lynsey from Narratively Speaking.

Borrowed (Library)

Geekhood: Close Encounters of the Girl Kind by Andy Robb- I’m going to be going to this author and Holly Smale’s event at Bath Kids Lit Fest and so I was super pleased when I saw this in my library because I had no idea that they had it. I’m going to be reading it ASAP.
The Diviners by Libba Bray- I’ve been meaning to get this since it was released but haven’t gotten around to it until now. I’m really looking forward to finally reading it.
Hate List by Jennifer Brown- One of my friends read this the other week and so did Rebecca from Rebecca-Books so I was really pleased when I saw it. It sounds really interesting and I’m hoping to read it very soon.
Silent Saturday by Helen Grant- I was only thinking about this the other day and then found it in my library. What a coincidence!

Won

Angelfall by Susan Ee- I won this in a Goodreads giveaway and am really looking forward to reading it because I’ve seen some really good reviews for it.

Swag

This isn’t a very good picture (sorry!) so you really can’t see the awesomeness of this swag. I won this Cinder swag pack from Jessica at Booked Up! and I was so excited when I got it. It also came with a signed book plate.
What did you get this week? Link back to your own posts below!

Amazing haul this week Lucy! I just read the first Geekhood book and oh my gosh, you are in for a treat! I thought it was fantastic 😀 really funny. I hope you enjoy it! I have the second one sitting next to my bed and I’m dying to read it already. It’s motivating me to get through my review copies so I can read it 🙂 I grabbed Angelfall for my Kindle recently and I’m really excited to read it because of the good things I’ve heard!

And I’m pretty jealous of the other books you grabbed because they’re all books I really want to read. The only one I haven’t heard of is Silent Saturday but I’m definitely going to look it up!

Enjoy your books 😀 Here’s my Weekly Book Round Up post!

    Happy reading! 🙂

Nice library love this week! I’d definitely read Geekhood first, you just won’t be able to stop laughing 🙂 I really want to attend their event but its a Monday! I picked up Hate List a while ago but couldn’t really get into it, so it will be nice to see what you think. Your swag looks awesome too, congratulations!

I so want to read The Diviners! It looks so amazing, and I’ve heard great things about it. Hate List is one that I’ve heard good things about, although it’s definitely a book I’d have to be in the right mood to read. Happy reading! 🙂

Ooh, Geekhood is fun and I really want to read The Diviners and Angelfall. That Cinder stuff looks awesome. As for a tower of books, you should totally try it! (or do lots of little stacks and add them up) Have a good week!

I’ve heard good things about all these books.
I’ve only read Hate List as you know, which is like the most haunting book I’ve read in a long time. It’s so sad, so prepare tissues!

I have a copy of The Diviners that I let my friend borrow before I was to read it. She said it’s really, really good. Hope you enjoy your books!
