GUEST POST: Emma from Never Judge a Book by It’s Cover

Lucy over at Queen of Contemporary asked me to do a guest post for her blog and I was honoured to do so. My topic of the guest post is Blogging Friends. Myself and Lucy were both talking about how much friends help and support you and make blogging a whole new bigger experience. I believe she said: “THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FULL OF AWESOMENESS” and I totally agree.

Aside from my friends I have daily, who unfortunately like most bloggers, they tend not to be so enthusiastic about YA books in general. From the making of my blog; Never Judge a Book by its Cover I had met some amazing people to help me get started and into the blogging community. They really did welcome me with open arms, as they say. But the friendliest social network is Twitter. I have never been so addicted to a social network, before; Facebook went right through the window. Over Twitter I have a group of friends that I really can’t stop talking about books to:

Zoe at BookHi Blog, Kyra at Blog of a Bookaholic, Jessica at Booked Up and Lucy of course. It’s amazing what you can do with a group of friends such as mine… So far I’ve done read-alongs and author interviews which has been by far the most amazing experience so far. But what it does it brings you closer to book and to think that are many more of us enjoy our passion of reading. What’s nice as well, we are in the 21st Century, Print books are still the favourite between physical and eBook.

Friends support you, guide you, help you and most of all make your life that much different, unique and more amazing every day. Especially if you have a bad day, you know that your friends whether they are close to you or only a tweet away that they will brighten your day!

A book will always be a girl’s best friend, but (Blogging) fiends are like stars, you don’t always see them, but you know they are always there.

The blogging community is unbelievable with the support and banter you have with people you’ve never actually met.

When I started book blogging, I had no idea that it would be as big as my life as this. The whole community is awesome and I have made so many friends on here. I don’t know what I’d do without you guys! *cue violins*
