Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! It is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews.
I’ve such a great haul this week with some brilliant books!
To Review:
Arclight by Josin L. McQuein- This one sounds really intriguing and I love the cover. Thank you, Electric Monkey!
Charm and Strange by Stephanie Kuehn- I’ve heard some amazing things about this one and I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone is on about. Thanks, Electric Monkey!
Library
It’s no secret that I have the best library ever and I couldn’t resist stopping by earlier this week.
The Weight of Water by Sarah Crossan- I’ve already read this and absolutely adored it. It’s one of the most beautifully written books I’ve ever read and I’m so glad I picked it up.
The Disappeared by C.J. Harper- This one sounds really good and it’s UKYA so I’ll read it whatever. 🙂
Invisibility by David Levithan and Andrea Cremer- I’ve heard good things about this one and the premise sounds absolutely amazing.
Red Ink by Julie Mayhew- I saw Tracy’s tweets about this book and thought I’d give it a go myself because she’s Book Recommender Extraordinaire and it sounds so good. I also really love Hot Key’s books.
Given:
A massive thank you to Fiona from Eventide Reads for both of these pretties!
Glow by Amy Kathleen Ryan- This one sounds amazing and I’ve seen some really glowing reviews…Excuse the pun! The cover is gorgeous, too!
Across the Universe by Beth Revis- This is actually my second copy of this but I haven’t read it yet. I must do soon!
THANK YOU, FIONA!
Won:
Dare You To by Katie McGarry- I won this from Emma at Never Judge a Book by Its Cover. I read it back in January but am super pleased to have my own copy of the book. Thank you, Emma!
e-Books
Bought:
Keeping Her by Cora Carmack- I read this as soon as it was delivered to my Kindle and it was AMAZING. I love Cora’s books soooo much!
To review:
The Iron Traitor by Julie Kagawa- I haven’t read the last Iron Fey yet or the first Call of the Forgotten but this will hopefully kick me into reading it. Thank you, Harlequin Teen/Mira INK!
Shadowhunters and Downworlders, edited by Cassandra Clare- EEP! I’m a huge fan of Cassandra Clare’s books so can’t wait to read this one! Thank you BenBella Books INC!
Rolling Dice by Beth Reekles- I liked The Kissing Booth and this one sounds better than that, so hopefully I’ll enjoy it! Thank you, Random House!

You had such a great haul this week! I got a copy of Arclight a few weeks ago and I’m really excited to read it too. It sounds really fantastic and the cover is of course gorgeous. :b Invisibility sounds really good too! I really hope you enjoy it as much as everyone else. I’ve read Across the Universe twice and it just gets better every time. The sequel was even better than the first book! I really hope you enjoy every single one of your books that you got this week! (:

The Weight of Water is pretty awesome- the way it’s written is fabulous. And Arclight wasn’t really my thing.
Happy reading, Lucy! <33

Wee, what a lovely pile of books you got here, Lucy! I’ve heard so many great things about The Weight of Water so I’m glad to hear you liked it! I might be slightly jealous you have a copy. (I need to get one soon!) I think I requested Rolling Dice too- I hope I get approved soon. And ahhh Keeping Her!!! I’m reluctant to get a copy and read it though because I really want a Cade novella instead, haha.

All great looking books Lucy! Ha, I catalogued The Disappeared when I was in school :p Also, I must keep missing you in the library, bit of bad luck there, you could have helped me untangle the medals this morning!
Sofia
I loved Across the Universe and Glow! I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did. 🙂 Great haul, there were so new titles for me so I added a few to my TBR list. 🙂

*JEALOUS FACE* ARCLIGHT! INVISIBILITY! CHARM AND STRANGE! ACROSS THE UNIVERSE! I so can’t wait to hear what you make of these. They all look so brilliant!
Also, Red Ink is amazing. I don’t think that the blurb does it enough justice. I really enjoyed that, though be prepared for a WHOAAAAAAAAH ending ;). The Weight Of Water is very unique! I really loved the format, though I didn’t enjoy parts. I hope you do, though!

First of all… LOVE YOUR NEW DESIGN! I’m so glad that the Word Press move is going well for you, even though it was quite scary at first. It must be worrying to suddenly lose all your GFC followers. But you seem to be doing a fantastic job, as always :’)
I want to read The Iron Traitor so badly! You lucky thing! :O Shadowhunters and Downwolders sounds like a must-have, I hope you enjoy it. Dare To You and The Disappeared are both brilliant 🙂 Across the Universe is high up on my wishlist but I’m looking out for the new cover so it matches Shades of Earth. Even though the one you have is beautiful…. why do publishers change covers in the middle of a series?! IT MAKES NO SENSE #bookwormproblems
Happy reading, Lucy! Now I’m going to catch up on your posts that I’ve missed :’) Two weeks is a long time in blogging world!

you have some gorgeous books there! i love the covers-a lot of the times i prefer the UK covers to US covers and i like that they’re in paperback rather than hardcovers. i prefer reading paperbacks.
hope you can stop by my StS.

What an awesome haul, Lucy! You are so lucky to have a library wherein you can borrow books. We also have library here but they don’t have any YA books. It’s either classics or romance books and I’m not fond of both. Sheeesh. So much for having a library. (-__-) Anyways, enjoy reading all of your books! And thanks for stopping by at my StS post.

I’m a bit jealous of your library, it looks like they have a ton of great YA reads! Arclight looks like an awesome read, and I really enjoyed Across the Universe. Plus, I think it’s totally cool that Beth Revis was a blogger before she got published. Happy reading 🙂
